Rider’s International™ PVC Tough Bell Boots are made to outlast all others in their class. The hook-and-loop closure is designed specially to resist tearing and is reinforced with a branded, weather-resistant rubber cover to keep muck out.

An easy-off nylon tab is sewn all the way under the rubber cover to prevent it from pulling off or ripping. The collar is made softer than standard PVC bell boots to help reduce rubbing and chafing. Pair.
