Quest® Gel from Zoetis™ is an FDA approved, broad-spectrum equine dewormer containing 2% moxidectin. Quest (and Quest® Plus) are the only FDA approved dewormers that suppress production of small strongyle eggs for 84 days and that kill encysted small strongyles in one dose.

Palatable, clear in color and formulated to dissolve instantly, this gel dewormer is approved for the removal and control of large strongyles (Strongylus vulgaris, S. edentates, Triodontophorus brevicauda, T. serratus); small strongyles (Cyathostomum spp., Cylicocyclus spp., Cylicostephanus spp., Gyalocophalus capitatus); encysted cyathostomes; Ascarids (Parascaris equorum); pinworms (Oxyuris equi); hairworms (Trichostrongylus axei); largemouth stomach worms (Habronema muscae); and stomach bots (Gasterophilus intestinals, G. nasailis). Packaged in an easy-to-use Sure-Dial® oral syringe, .4 ounces (11.3 gm) of Quest treats 1,500 pounds of body weight.

The syringe is calibrated in 50 lb. increments for exact dosing. This dewormer is intended for use in healthy horses and ponies that are six months of age or older, and it may be administered to broodmares and stallions. It should not be administered to foals less than six month of age or in sick, debilitated and underweight horses. It should not be used in other animal species as severe adverse reactions, including death, may result.
