Hot ANIMAL HEALTH INT 3M® Animalintex® Poultice

The Animalintex® Poultice Pad from 3M® is a mess-free method of treating wounds, abscesses, inflammation, skin disorders and hoof conditions. It works hot, cold or as an antiseptic dry dressing and can be cut easily to size. Moistened with very warm water, it treats abscesses, boils, infected and dirty wounds, cracked heels, thorns, laminitis, seedy toe and corns. Moistened with cold water, it relieves soreness and stiffness from strains, sprains, sore shins, splints, bruises and capped hocks or elbows. Used dry, it’s a dressing for open wounds and for applying a pressure bandage. Package contains one 8″ x 16″ poultice pad made of 100% cotton wool with a non-woven cover on one side and a plastic backing on the other. It contains boric acid as a a mild antiseptic and Tragacanth as a natural poutice agent.
