Neue Schule Turtle Tactio™ with Flex Full Cheek Bit has a 16 mm Salox® Gold mouth and stainless steel cheeks. The design reduces pressure over the sensitive outer edges of the tongue and bars. It also encourages the horse to round over the bit and lift through the shoulders. The mouthpiece sits flat and comfortably against the tongue. Fixed cheeks help promote straightness and turning, ideal assistance for the novice horse or rider.

Salox Gold mouthpiece metal is a high copper alloy specifically formulated to reach rapidly and maintain the temperature of a horse’s mouth, and thereby encourage bit acceptance.
