The Stübben Freedom Bridle II, Combined sets new standards for horse-friendliness and comfort. The unique Freedom bridle takes your horse’s anatomy and biomechanics into account. It was developed in collaboration with an equine dentist to optimize both comfort and fit.

Because the ears are one of the horse’s most important means of communication, neither the browband nor the crownpiece of the Freedom bridle crosses any of the horse’s 16 ear muscles. Since no pressure is exerted on nerves and veins, the Freedom bridle allows the ears to move freely.

Special positioning of the crownpiece and throatlatch spares the sensitive areas of the neck and throat; the horse’s flight instinct is therefore not triggered by the bridle. Instead of causing refusal and discomfort, the horse can develop its full joy of movement and willingness to work unhindered.

With conventional bridles, the horse’s field of vision is often restricted to the rear by the cheek pieces, which causes stress. The Freedom bridle maintains a horse’s field of vision with the innovatively cheek piece guide: the arch spares the eye and sensitive nerves in this area.
